On Saturday 27th June, although we won't be able to all be together at South Lawn, we will make sure there is a full schedule of fun to be had. There is something for everyone to make sure all generations can be involved.
The week before the 'virtual' event we'll post all the details on this page, including timings and any instructions you need.
VIRTUAL Polly's Day 2020 - Saturday 27th June
#poundsforpolls - LEJOG online challenge - cycling, running, walking, crawling...
Family Chaos - baking, obstacle courses, tennis rallies... time to get competitive
Get Active - live pilates with @justinespilates and HIIT sessions with @copafitness_
Quizmania / Party time - group socialising to round off the day (on Zoom obvs!)
Silent Auction - some incredible lots up for grabs to brighten up lockdown
A full schedule will be shared closer to the day, so watch this space.
Pilates and HIIT sessions on Instagram Live and Zoom
We are super excited to have Justine and Katie who have offered their time to help us all don some lycra (not mandatory) for a few Pilates and HIIT sessions. The schedule will be added closer to the day but we really hope you'll be able to join us. The sessions will be hosted on the @pollysdayuksa instagram page and also on Zoom to cover all tech bases!
Justine (@justinespilates) is a PT based up in Cambridgeshire and has also been a Pilates teacher for a number of years. She's even nearly made Vincent Hedley Lewis touch his toes, so she must be doing something right! Lockdown has been a challenge and she's missing seeing her clients day to day, but she's been loving the virtual classes and keen to get the Polly's Day contingent crunching.
Katie (@copafitness_) is a PT based in London and Wales and has been keeping her friends and clients sweating through lockdown. Also qualified in child fitness, Katie is ready to lead some family-friendly fun - let's just say she's going to be a female Joe Wicks for the day!
