Polly's Day is about spending time with friends and family, and we know there are a lot of little ones around often with far too much energy.

We want you all to have a super fun day, so below are some ideas for activities and challenges with the kids... fingers crossed the sun will be out to enjoy time outside.

Prizes up for grabs so listen up....

We'll be choosing the winners from those we see on Instagram with #poundsforpolls or emailed to jujedick@doctors.org.uk.

Build an obstacle course

A childhood favourite... Here's some indoor and outdoor inspiration from Lochie and Fynn to get you started! Prize = most creative.

Bake a masterpiece

Bonding time in the kitchen is always priceless. For the kids, it's time to bake your favourite animal (some examples below!), and for the adults among us, don your pinny and channel your inner Mary Berry to create your best bee-friendly flower cake or most bee-attractive.

Ahoy there... build your own boat!

Become a creative genius with the kids. Get the paints out, materials or whatever you can find and just see what happens. The competition is on to create your best 'boat'. A drawing of a boat, a paper boat or a full blown model boat... what you got for us?!
